- A yearly replacement plan by quarter, so purchases are planned and spread rather than urgent.

What is IT asset management?
Keeping an accurate record of every piece of hardware and software the business owns: what it is, who has it, where it is, when its warranty ends and when it should be replaced. It turns IT spending from surprises into a plan.
How do you build the register?
Our monitoring agent reports each managed device automatically. We add printers, phones and network devices during the onboarding visit, then match everything to your users and purchase records.
Can you save us money on licences?
Often. We compare Microsoft 365 and other subscriptions with the people who actually use them, and recommend which to remove or change. We only recommend; you decide.
Do you supply new hardware?
Yes. We quote laptops, servers and network equipment through the Missan Global group when the plan says they are due, and set them up before they reach the user.
What happens to old laptops?
They are wiped, recorded and either reissued, returned or recycled. The register shows the date and what happened to each device.
Is this included in managed IT?
A device register and monthly reporting are part of our managed IT plans. The refresh plan, licence review and disposal process can be added, and the quote shows exactly what is included.
