What are managed print services?
A provider looks after your printers, copiers and scanners as a service: choosing the right devices, supplying them, keeping them stocked and serviced, securing them and fixing problems, instead of each printer being bought and managed on its own.
Do we have to replace our printers?
No. We review what you have first. Devices in good condition can stay in the managed fleet. We only recommend replacing those that are costly to run or out of support.
Can we lease printers instead of buying?
Yes. We can quote both buying and leasing so you can compare, and include supplies and servicing in the arrangement.
How does secure printing work?
A job waits on the printer until the person who sent it arrives and releases it with a card or PIN. Confidential pages are not left on the tray, and unclaimed jobs are deleted.
Is print support included in your helpdesk?
Yes. If you also use our managed IT service, printer and scanning problems go to the same helpdesk, with the same response targets.
How much does managed print cost?
