The Missan 365 Method · how we run IT · a Missan Global company

A proven way to take IT off your plate — for good.

Twenty-two years of running UAE IT, distilled into four stages every client moves through: Assess, Stabilise, Operate and Improve. It is the system behind the service — and the reason organisations move from break-fix chaos to a monitored, reported, accountable operation.

01

Assess

02

Stabilise

03

Operate

04

Improve

The journey, end to end

  • Assess Free structured review 01
  • Stabilise Documented 30-day onboarding 02
  • Operate The always-on managed service 03
  • Improve Forward IT roadmap 04

One continuous path — from a free review to IT that gets stronger every quarter.

Why a method at all

Good IT is not luck. It is process.

Plenty of providers can fix a problem in front of them. Far fewer can guarantee the same outcome, for every client, every time — because that takes a documented method, not a talented individual. The Missan 365 Method is how we make reliability repeatable: a clear path from a free assessment to an always-on managed service, with each stage built to remove risk and add visibility. Here is what each stage is for, and exactly what you get.

The four stages

One journey, four stages, no gaps.

Every client moves through the same path. Each stage exists for a reason — and each ends with something concrete in your hands.

  1. 01. Assess

    Free structured review

    Why this stage exists

You cannot fix what you have never measured. Most organisations have no clear, independent picture of how well their IT is actually supported, secured and backed up — only a feeling that it is "mostly fine". The Assess stage replaces that feeling with facts.

    What we do

We carry out a free, structured review of your support arrangements, security posture, backup and recovery, and Microsoft 365 setup. You come away with a plain-language picture of where you stand and a prioritised list of what to fix first — whether or not you go further with us.

    What you get

    • A clear, written picture of your current IT — no jargon
    • Risks and gaps ranked by what matters most
    • A prioritised plan of what to address first
    • An honest scope and a clear quote — no obligation
  2. 02. Stabilise

    Documented 30-day onboarding

    Why this stage exists

The most dangerous moment in any IT relationship is the handover. Done badly, things fall through the cracks and you are exposed. The Stabilise stage exists to make sure responsibility transfers with no gap in support and no loss of control — and that everything is documented, so the operation no longer lives in someone’s head.

    What we do

Over a structured 30-day onboarding we inventory and document your environment, apply outstanding patches, harden security settings, secure your backups and switch on monitoring. By the end, your estate is known, current, protected and watched — and support continues uninterrupted the entire time.

    What you get

    • Full inventory and documentation of your environment
    • Outstanding patches applied and systems brought current
    • Security settings hardened to a known baseline
    • Backups secured and monitoring switched on
    • No support gap while responsibility changes hands
  3. 03. Operate

    The always-on managed service

    Why this stage exists

This is the day-to-day reason you engage a managed services provider: to take IT off your desk and run it properly, every day, to a standard you can hold us to. The Operate stage is where prevention replaces firefighting — and where leadership finally gets visibility instead of surprises.

    What we do

We run your IT as a continuous service: an SLA-backed helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring, automated patching, managed backups and managed security — all delivered to agreed service levels and summarised in a clear monthly report. You stop noticing IT problems, because they are caught and handled before they reach your people.

    What you get

    • SLA helpdesk with confirmed response targets
    • 24/7 monitoring and proactive issue resolution
    • Automated patching and managed security
    • Managed, tested backups
    • A clear report every month
  4. 04. Improve

    Forward IT roadmap

    Why this stage exists

Stable IT is the floor, not the ceiling. Technology and your business both keep moving, and IT that is merely maintained slowly falls behind. The Improve stage makes sure your technology gets stronger every quarter — aligned to where the organisation is going, not just kept alive.

    What we do

Every quarter we sit down with you for a business review: what happened, what it cost to run, where the risks are and what to do next. We maintain a forward IT roadmap, optimise your licensing so you are not overpaying, and provide vCIO-level guidance — senior advice on technology strategy without the cost of a full-time CIO.

    What you get

    • Quarterly business reviews with leadership
    • A maintained, forward-looking IT roadmap
    • Licensing reviewed and optimised
    • vCIO guidance on strategy and budgeting

What runs through every stage

Three principles hold the whole method together.

Whatever stage you are in, the same rules apply. They are why the method produces the same dependable outcome for every client.

Prevention before repair

Every stage is built to stop incidents, not bill for them. Monitoring and hardening come first, so failures are designed out.

Documented and visible

Nothing lives in one engineer’s head. Your environment is documented and your service is reported, so you are never dependent on a single person.

Accountable to an SLA

The whole method is delivered against agreed service levels — a standard you can measure us by, not a promise you have to trust.

How we sign up MSP clients

From first conversation to signed service agreement.

Coming onto the service is deliberately simple. There is no long procurement maze — just a clear, four-step path from talking to us to going live.

1

Talk to us

Tell us your team size, locations and current setup. A short conversation is enough for us to understand the shape of your environment.

2

Free assessment

We carry out the Assess review and come back with a clear picture, prioritised fixes and an honest scope for the service.

3

Proposal & service agreement

You receive a clear quote and a service level agreement that sets out exactly what we run, the response targets and the reporting.

4

Onboard & go live

We sign, then begin the documented 30-day Stabilise onboarding — with no gap in support — and move you into the always-on Operate service.

Questions about the method

How the Missan 365 Method works in practice.

How long does onboarding take?

The Stabilise stage is a documented 30-day onboarding. During that month we inventory and document your environment, apply patches, harden security, secure backups and switch on monitoring — all while your existing support continues without any gap.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The Assess stage is a free, structured review of your support, security, backup and Microsoft 365 setup. You receive a clear picture of where you stand and a prioritised plan — whether or not you proceed to a service agreement with us.

What happens during the Operate stage?

We run your IT as a continuous, SLA-backed service: a helpdesk to agreed response targets, 24/7 monitoring, automated patching, managed backups and managed security, summarised in a clear monthly report — so problems are caught and handled before they reach your people.

What is a quarterly business review?

Part of the Improve stage. Each quarter we meet with your leadership to review what happened, what it cost to run, where the risks are and what to do next — and we maintain a forward IT roadmap, optimise licensing and provide vCIO-level guidance.

How do we sign up as an MSP client?

It is a simple path: a short conversation, a free assessment, then a clear proposal and service level agreement. Once signed, we begin the 30-day onboarding with no gap in support and move you into the always-on managed service.
