Co-managed IT · UAE since 2004

Co-managed IT: keep your IT team, and stop them firefighting.

You have an IT person or a small team, and they cannot cover everything. Missan 365 takes the routine requests, monitoring, patching, backup and security, and steps in with specialist skills when a project needs them. You decide the split, it goes in writing, and you pay a fixed monthly fee.

Who it's for

Companies that have IT staff, but not enough of them.

  • One IT person doing everything, from printers to the firewall, with nobody to cover their leave.
  • A small IT team stuck on tickets while projects and security work wait.
  • Groups with a head-office IT team and branches or sister companies they cannot reach easily.
  • IT managers who need specialist skills for a migration, a firewall change or a private cloud, without hiring for it.

What's included

What we can take on.

Pick the parts your team needs help with. The rest stays with them.

Helpdesk overflow
Your staff contact our service desk for everyday requests, so your IT person can work on projects instead of password resets.
Monitoring and patching
Servers, laptops and network devices watched and updated on a schedule, with alerts routed to whoever owns the fix.
Cover for leave and absence
When your IT person is on holiday or off sick, we already know the setup and keep things running.
Security and backup
Microsoft Defender, firewall management, MFA and FortGrid backups checked every day, with restore tests on a schedule.
Projects and specialist skills
Microsoft 365 changes, server and firewall replacements, Sangfor private cloud and 3CX phone systems, planned with your team.
Shared tools and reporting
Your team gets access to the same monitoring and service records we use, and a monthly report shows who did what.

The split

Who does what, written down before we start.

Your team keeps

Line-of-business apps, local knowledge, users who need a familiar face, and decisions about priorities.

We take

Routine requests, monitoring, patching, backup checks, security tooling and the work that needs specialist skills.

We agree in writing

Who answers which kind of request, who can change what, and how a problem passes from one team to the other.

How we start

Assessment, fixed quote, then about 30 days to onboard.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We meet your IT team, look at the setup, the tools and the open problems, and ask what they want to hand over.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote and split

One monthly fee, and a written split of who does what. Anything outside it is quoted before we do it.

  3. 03

    Onboarding

About 30 days: documentation, access in your company’s name, monitoring and backup set up, and the handoff rules tested with your team.

  4. 04

    Run and review

Monthly reporting and a quarterly review with your IT lead and management. The split changes as your team changes.

Nothing your team relies on is switched off until the new setup is working. See the Missan 365 Method.

Questions

What IT managers ask about co-managed IT.

What is co-managed IT?

Your own IT person or team stays in place, and Missan 365 takes on the parts they cannot cover: routine requests, monitoring, patching, backup, security and specialist projects. You decide the split, and it is written into the service agreement.

Will this replace our IT staff?

No. Co-managed IT is for companies that want to keep their IT people. Most clients use it so their team can stop firefighting and work on the things only they can do.

Does our IT team get access to your tools?

Yes, where it helps. Your team can see the monitoring and the service records for your company, so both sides work from the same information.

How is co-managed IT priced?

A fixed monthly fee based on users, devices and how much of the work we take on. Projects are quoted separately. You get the price after the assessment, in writing.

What hours do you cover?

Support runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 UAE time. Out-of-hours cover for agreed work can be written into the service agreement.

Can we move to fully managed IT later, or back again?

Yes. Some clients move to fully managed IT when their IT person leaves; others bring more work back in-house as the team grows. Everything is documented and admin access stays in your company’s name, so changing the split is straightforward.
