How pricing works
No list price — because no two estates are the same.
A managed service is only honest when it reflects what is actually being managed. We scope your fee to four things, set it out in writing, and assess your environment first — at no cost.
Scoped to your team
We size the plan to the number of users and devices we look after — you pay for the estate we actually manage, not a headline figure.
Scoped to your sites
One office or many. Multi-site groups get estate-wide coverage; a single team gets exactly what it needs and nothing it does not.
Scoped to your systems
Servers, cloud, line-of-business apps and compliance needs all shape the quote — so the figure reflects your environment, not an average.
No lock-in surprises
Clear monthly fee, terms set out in writing, and a free assessment first. You know what is included before you commit — nothing buried.
It starts with a free assessment.
We review your support, security, backup and Microsoft 365, then scope the right plan and send a clear monthly quote. You see what is included before you commit — the Missan 365 Method begins here.
Our standard service levels
Every plan responds to the same priority targets.
Whatever tier you choose, issues are triaged by priority and answered to clear response targets — confirmed in your service agreement.
Critical
Business-stopping — a core system or site is down.
High
Major impact — a key function is degraded for many users.
Medium
Limited impact — an issue affecting one user or a workaround exists.
Low
Minor — requests, queries and scheduled changes.
Response targets, confirmed per contract — not best-effort callbacks.
Billing & contract questions
Plans and pricing, explained plainly.
How much do your managed-services plans cost?
Every plan is quoted to your environment — there is no fixed list price. We scope the fee to your number of users and devices, your sites, and the systems and compliance needs we manage. After a free assessment we send a clear monthly quote so you know exactly what is included before you commit.
Why do you quote rather than publish prices?
A genuine managed service depends on what is being managed. A ten-person single office and a multi-site group with servers and compliance obligations need very different cover. Quoting to your estate means you pay for what you actually need — not a headline figure padded to cover everyone.
How is billing handled?
Managed-services plans are billed as a predictable monthly fee for the agreed scope. The figure, the inclusions and the service levels are all set out in writing in your service agreement, so there are no surprise charges per fix.
Is there a long contract or lock-in?
Terms are agreed up front and set out clearly in your service agreement. We start with a free assessment and a 30-day onboarding, and we document everything as we go — so you always keep control of your own environment and know what you are signing.
Can we change plan as we grow?
Yes. Plans are designed to scale with you — move from Essential to Professional or Enterprise as your team, sites or compliance needs grow. Your quarterly business review is where we recommend the right level for where the organisation is heading.
What are your support response times?
Our standard service levels target a response within 4 hours for critical (P1) issues, 8 hours for high, 24 hours for medium and 48 hours for low priority. Exact targets are confirmed per contract in your service agreement.
What is included in every plan?
Every Missan 365 plan includes an SLA-backed remote helpdesk, proactive monitoring and automated patching on enterprise RMM, managed backup with verified restores, and monthly service reporting. Higher tiers add managed cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 management, onsite visits, disaster recovery and senior advisory.
