Questions
Business email: what owners ask.
How do I get a business email address for my company?
You need a domain name, such as yourcompany.ae or yourcompany.com, and an email service. We set up Microsoft 365 on your domain, create the mailboxes and configure the DNS records so mail is delivered reliably.
Why Microsoft 365 rather than free email?
A business mailbox on your own domain looks more credible to clients, stays with the company when staff leave, and comes with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, security controls and admin you control. Free and personal accounts give you none of that control.
How much does business email cost?
It depends on the Microsoft 365 plan: email-only plans cost less than plans that include the desktop Office apps or advanced security. We recommend a plan after the free check and give you the licence cost and any setup fee in writing.
Can you move our existing email without losing anything?
Yes. We copy old mail, contacts and calendars from Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho or most hosting-company mailboxes, and switch over at a time agreed with you.
We already have Microsoft 365. Can you just fix our email?
Yes. We often find missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, shared logins and no multi-factor sign-in. We fix those first and can then manage the tenant for you.
What hours is support available?
Our helpdesk works Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:30–14:00 UAE time. Systems are covered by 24/7 automated monitoring and alerting, with engineer response in business hours and agreed out-of-hours cover.
Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely. We have teams in 3 countries. Onsite visits are within the UAE.
